1. Introduction
Welcome to eChakki. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. About eChakki
eChakki is an online platform providing:
● Freshly Grind Chakki Atta
● Customized Multigrain Flour
● Premium Wheat Varieties (MP Sharbati, Khapli, High Protein, Organic, etc.)
● Grocery Products
All flour is prepared after order confirmation to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
3. Product Customization
● Customers can select grains and create customized multigrain atta.
● Once customization is selected and order is confirmed, the responsibility of selected ingredients lies with the customer.
● Minor variations in texture, color, or taste may occur due to natural grain differences.
4. Order Processing & Cancellation
● Orders can be cancelled only before the processing (grinding) of atta begins.
● Once the grinding/processing has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
● Cancellation requests must be made through registered contact details.
5. Returns & Refund Policy
Grocery Products:
● Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
● Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
● Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Customized Atta:
● Since the flour is freshly grind and customized, it is non-returnable and
non-refundable, except in case of:
○ Wrong item delivered
○ Product damaged during transit
● Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 working days.
6. Payment Terms
We accept:
● Cash on Delivery (COD)
● Online Payments (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, etc.)
● eChakki reserves the right to refuse COD for certain locations or high-value order.
7. Shipping & Delivery
● Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.
● Delays due to courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
● Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
8. Quality & Hygiene
● All grains are processed under hygienic conditions.
● We ensure quality checks before dispatch.
● Proper storage after delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
9. Limitation of Liability
eChakki shall not be liable for:
● Allergic reactions due to selected grains
● Incorrect customization chosen by the customer
● Minor natural variations in product quality
10. Privacy
Customer information is used only for order processing, communication, and service improvement. We do not sell or misuse customer data.
11. Changes to Terms
eChakki reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
