Refund & Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. As our products are food items and freshly prepared, returns are generally not accepted once delivered.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).
After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds, if approved, will be processed via bank transfer and may require bank details from the customer.
We reserve the right to reject refund or return requests if the complaint is found invalid or the product has been used improperly.
